Following the DFO LFA 26A opening day weather call this morning with both PEI and NS reps, it was agreed to hold another DFO weather call tomorrow (Weds, April 24th) at 8AM to review the updated forecast before a final decision is made on the opening.
Staff with Environment Canada, DFO’s Resource Management and Small Craft Harbours and Search & Rescue as well as Transport Canada also participated on the call.
