After a brief conference call this morning with DFO officials and the PEIFA Groundfish Advisory Board, there has been confirmation on tommorow's (August 27th, 2013) PEI halibut fishery.  It was also noted that a few from the NS fleet will be fishing halibut on the same day as they have 3T of quota left to fish. The following message was received from DFO's Frederic Butruille:
