LOBSTER QUALITY & HANDLING WORKSHOP – O’LEARY LEGION
The session will include a door prize, as well as a certificate of completion from the PEIFA.
This workshop is FREE and open to ANYONE who handles lobster: harvesters, deckhands, buyers, plant employees, etc.
If you have your deckhands hired already, this is a prime opportunity: proper handling techniques to reduce stress and therefore mortality, and how to determine the quality of your lobster.
This workshop will only go ahead if a minimum of ten people are registered by the deadline.
Date & Location: July 29th, 2026 @ O’Leary Legion Branch #2 at 10 AM – 2 PM.
