Please note that according to Quebec Region Variation Order 2014-Q-144, Halibut fishing in Division 4T (except the Miscou bank) will be opened, for Vessel Class A130 (Prince Edward Island based fishers) until October 24, 2014 at 18:00 h (ADT).
After that, Halibut fishing in Division 4T (except the Miscou bank) will be open again for Vessel Class A130 (Prince Edward Island based fishers) from October 27, 2014 at 06:00 h (ADT) to October 31, 2014 at 18:00 h (ADT).
The portion of Miscou bank included inside straight lines joining the following points in the order in which they are listed, will be open for the same periods as the ones mentioned above, until October 24, 2014 at 18:00 h (ADT) and from October 27, 2014 at 06:00 h (ADT) to October 31, 2014 at 18:00 h (ADT) for Vessel Class A130 :

2 48°09'00" N 64°22'00" W
3 48°09'00" N 64°10'00" W
4 47°55'00" N 64°10'00" W
5 47°52'00" N 64°15'00" W

The remaining portion of the Miscou bank included inside straight lines joining the following points in the order in which they are listed, remains closed:
