I have talked to our C&P guys and all the licenses say the same thing...........the conditions state the following:
"These licence conditions are valid from 05:00 hrs July 15, 2013 to October 1, 2013."
Which means that the fishery closes at 2400 hrs, Monday, September 30. F/O in the field are explaining this to all who ask and have been telling harvesters all along that the last day of fishing is Monday, Sept 30, as their conditions are valid .............."TO Oct 1st".
