Gulf of St Lawrence Recreational Groundfish Fishery.
Recreational Cod Fishery

In waters adjacent to the Province of New Brunswick:
-From sunrise to sunset each day from July 10 to August 15, 2010.

The waters adjacent to the Province of Prince Edward Island and from the border of New Brunswick/Nova Scotia to Cape North, Victoria County, Nova Scotia:                                           -From sunrise to sunset each day from August 2 to September 6, 2010.

Recreational fishers will be permitted to catch and retain, in any day, a bag limit of 15 (fifteen) groundfish of all species in the aggregate of which no more than 5 (five) cod, and 0 (zero) haddock, pollock, halibut, northern wolfish, Atlantic wolfish, and spotted wolfish.

Recreational Groundfish Fishery (no Cod)

 The waters within 50 meters of the coastline adjacent to the Province of New Brunswick: May 1 to July 9 and August 16 to October 3, 2010.

 The waters within 50 meters of the coastline adjacent from the border of New Brunswick/Nova Scotia to the Government wharf at Auld’s Cove Guysborough County, Nova Scotia and, from the old wharf at Creignish, Inverness County, Nova Scotia to Cape North, Victoria County, Nova
Scotia: May 1 to August 1 and from September 7 to October 3, 2010.

Recreational Fishers will be permitted to catch and retain, in an day, a total of fifteen (15) groundfish but zero (0) retention of cod, haddock, pollock, halibut, northern wolfish, Atlantic wolfish,
and spotted wolfish.
