October 17th, 2022 PEI TUNA UPDATE:
Following a conference call with DFO today, we were advised the PEI tuna quota is now under 10mt. DFO have advised they will be monitoring fishing effort and landings closely and have noted that the PEI tuna fishery will be shut down when the quota reaches 100%.
