Please be advised, the LFA 25 fall lobster fishery evening curfew (9PM) has been waved for Saturday, September 17th ONLY.  DFO Conservation & Protection has advised that they will show discretion regarding the enforcement of this sole license condition (requiring vessels to return to port by 2100 hours daily) for Saturday 17th, 2022 only.  All license holders should be aware that the safety of their vessel and crew is ultimately the responsibility of the vessel Captain. Fish Harvesters are also reminded they are required to abide by their license conditions at all times.
