 Notice to Fish Harvesters 

 LOBSTER FISHERY SEASON CLOSING DATES IN LOBSTER FISHING AREAS (LFAs) 24 and 26A

Moncton, NB – June 24, 2022– Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) is announcing the commercial season close date in Lobster Fishing Areas (LFA) 24, 26 A1 and A3 will be Friday, July 1. The last day of fishing in these areas will be Thursday, June 30, 2022. 

The close date in LFA 26 A2 will remain Sunday, July 3 as previously announced. The last day of fishing in LFA 26 A2 will be Saturday, July 2.
