DFO announced the release of the Mexican tuna quota to the PEI Fleet today.  The PEI Fishermen’s Association will be distributing the Mexican quota tuna tags through the PEIFA office.  DFO is issuing Mexican Draw numbers #139 to #210 inclusive for a total of 69 commercial tags which represents 90% of the estimated Mexican quota for the PEIFA.  The cost is $915.00.  The PEIFA office is open from Monday to Friday (8:30am to 4:30pm) for payment and pick up. Stephen and Lois will be administering the sale of these tags.
