LFA 25 Fall Lobster Season update (as of 10AM, Thursday, August 10th, 2023):  Following a lengthy 10AM DFO weather conference today (call #4), there was no consensus on a Saturday opening.  There will be another DFO weather call with NB and PEI reps on Friday, August 11th at 9AM to review the forecast with further discussion on the earliest possible opening of Sunday or Monday.  The PCFA/PEIFA harbour reps meeting will be held in advance to discuss the weather and the date options.  Please contact your local harbour rep with any comments/opinions on the opening date.
