Herring HFA C&E Competitive quota opening

The PEIFA has been advised by DFO's Pierre Mallet (Resource Management) that the HFA 16C&E Competitive quota fishery will open today, September 10th, 2013 at 6pm.  A variation order will be issued this afternoon and will be posted on this website.
