The Regional Director General for the Gulf Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, hereby gives notice of the following changes in the Scallop Fishery in Scallop Fishing Area 24:
The scallop fishery in Scallop Fishing Area 24 will be open beginning at 06:00 hrs on November 1 until 18:00 hrs on December 14, 2019, except:
• Fishing in Scallop Fishing Area 24 will be closed every day from 18:00 hrs to 06:00 hrs the following day and will also be closed every Sunday.
Refer to Gulf Region Close Time Variation Order 2019-108 issued on October 23, 2019. For further information regarding this Order, please contact your local Fishery Officer. Gulf Region Close Time Variation Order 2019-108 comes into force on October 23, 2019.
