Monitoring and Control: Explain what measures will be followed to ensure all fishing activities will be conducted in accordance with the terms set out as conditions of any permit(s) issued.
 
 
 
 
 
 
Data Collection and analysis: Indicate what data and samples will be collected and analysed, and how the results will be made available at the completion of studies.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Agreement:
 
It is my/our intention to devote the time and resources described in this proposal to investigating the potential for the fishery herein described. I/We are prepared to do so on the understanding that should a fishery develop directly as a result of this effort, I/We will receive priority access to any subsequent stages in the development of this fishery.
 
This proposed activity is to be considered in confidence until such time as the Emerging Species Advisory Board review and approves of the study proposed.
