CLOSE TIME VARIATION ORDER 2009-061
The Regional Director General, Gulf Region, Department of Fisheries and Oceans, pursuant to paragraph 43(m) of the Fisheries Act and subsection 6(1) of the Fishery (General) Regulations hereby makes the annexed Order varying the close time for fishing for crab in Crab Fishing Areas 12, 18, 25 and 26.

ORDER VARYING THE CLOSE TIME
FOR FISHING FOR CRAB IN
CRAB FISHING AREAS 12, 18, 25 AND 26.
Short Title
1. This Order may be cited as the Gulf Region Close Time Variation Order 2009-061.
2. Gulf Region Close Time Variation Order 2009-060, is hereby revoked.
Variation
3. The close time as fixed by sections 52 (a) of the Atlantic Fishery Regulations, 1985 and set out in item 12.1 of Schedule XII thereto is hereby varied so that no person shall fish for crab in Crab Fishing Area 12 during the close time as set out in Schedule XII of this Order.
4. The close time as fixed by sections 52 (a) (b) and (c) of the Atlantic Fishery Regulations, 1985 and set out in items 12, 18, 25 and 26 of Schedule XII thereto is hereby varied so that no person shall fish for crab, possess any crab or have a crab trap on board a vessel in Crab Fishing Areas 12, 18, 25 and 26 during the close time as set out in Schedule XII of this Order.
Coming Into Force
5. This Order shall come into force on the date of signature and remains in force, unless otherwise revoked.
