PURSUANT TO THE FISHERY (GENERAL) REGULATIONS AND BY THE GULF REGION CLOSE TIME VARIATION ORDER 2009-061, THE CRAB FISHERY IN CRAB FISHING AREAS 18, 25, 26 AND THE SOUTHERN PORTION OF CRAB FISHING AREA 12, INCLUDING THE AREAS KNOWN AS 12E AND 12F REMAINS OPEN. THE CRAB FISHERY IN THE QUADRANTS KNOWN AS GX38, GX50, GX51, GY31, GX32, GW35, GX33, GY30, GZ38, HE52, GT35, GY38, HB40, HE51, GY28, GV38, GU38, GV39, AND GT36 REMAINS CLOSED. THE CRAB FISHERY IN THE SECTOR KNOWN AS SECTOR C OF AREA KNOWN AS 12F REMAINS CLOSED.
THE CRAB FISHERY IN THE QUADRANT KNOWN AS GX40 WILL CLOSE ON JUNE 30, 2009. THE CRAB FISHERY IN THE QUADRANT KNOWN AS HD46 WILL CLOSE ON JULY 1, 2009. THE CRAB FISHERY IN THE QUADRANT KNOWN AS GZ47 WILL CLOSE ON JULY 2, 2009.
