Prince Edward Island Fishermen's Assoc.

Attention all harvesters in LFA's 24, 25 and 26A.

In referencve to our recent announcement, the Prince Edward Island
Fishermen's Association is finalizing arrangements for issuing tags for all
required species for 2013.
A letter will be sent out the week of January 21st to all fishers in LFA 's
24,25 and 26A. This letter will detail tag costs and distribution arrangements for the
upcoming season.
There will be a form that can be completed and returned by the
harvesters that will confirm the PEIFA as your tag supplier.
The PEIFA will be supplying all species tags other than tuna and will supply
out of province tags to those in the above LFA's.
Once operational, customer service will be offered in French and English.
We will continue to update harvester and tag information as it becomes
available from the Department of Fisheries and Oceans.
The PEIFA is looking forward to serving the fishing community with this
valuable service.
