Following the DFO Conference call with LFA 26A (PEI/NS) and 26B representatives today (Tuesday, April 30th) at 3:30PM, NO decision was made on LFA 26A & 26B opening date.  There was agreement to hold another DFO conference call for LFA 26A, LFA 26B and LFA 24 tomorrow (Wednesday) morning at 8AM to review the weather forecast with Environment Canada and make a decision on the earliest possible opening of Thursday, May 2nd.  We will continue to post updates as they become available.
