PEI Lobster Party on the beach was held at Cedar Dunes on September 3rd 2011. Participants dined on fresh PEI lobster prepared in five different ways, including lobster fritters and grilled lobster tails. The highlight of the event was lobster and corn cooked over hot coals, in a fire pit dug right on the beach.
