NOTICE TO 4RST PEI FIXED GEAR GROUNDFISH LICENSE HOLDERS“CALL FOR LICENSE BIDS”The PEI Fishermen’s Association is seeking 4RST PEI Fixed Gear Groundfish license holders with an interest to sell and retire their groundfish license through the PEIFA Fixed Gear Groundfish Rationalization program.  Interested fishers will need to complete and sign the ‘Offer to Sell’ Application stating the amount they are prepared to receive in exchange for the groundfish license.  Pick up an application at the PEIFA Office, 420 University Avenue, Charlottetown or online at www.peifa.org.  Submission deadline is May 12th, 2016.   All applications will be kept strictly confidential!  For more details on the program, contact the PEIFA at 902-566-4050.
