US – Canada Lobster Symposium
The Lobster Symposium is a three day event focused on science and industry of lobster, where the first two days are focused mainly on science and the last day is focused mainly on industry. “This event is a collaborative effort between Canada and the US and is hosted by the PEIFA. It will take place at the Rodd Charlottetown, November 3rd – 6th, 2015.
New to the 2015 symposium is a special theme focusing on “The Business of Lobstering” where presentations will examine how the lobster industry is adjusting to varied aspects of its own changing economic, social, and cultural environments. This theme will take place on Friday, November 6th.
All fishers are encouraged to attend this event. There is single day registration available.
