The LFA 24 Lobster Advisory Committee held a conference call on Thursday, June 11th, 2020 and as a result will proceed with a request for a close date of Saturday, July 4^th for the LFA 24 spring lobster season.  The PEIFA Board have agreed to submit their request to DFO and the Minister of Fisheries & Oceans for consideration.  The final decision will come from the Minister. The PEIFA LFA 26A Lobster Advisory Committee will be holding a similar call late Sunday, June 14th, 2020 to discuss close date.
