LOBSTER HANDLING AND QUALITY INFO SESSIONS:
The final two sessions will be offered on the following dates/locations:
· 6PM, July 23rd, 2014 at the O’Leary Legion
· Date TBA at the Royal Star Cafeteria, Tignish
Free information and training sessions on best lobster handling practices on-board vessels, at the wharf, during transport and at the plants. Sessions are free, no registration required and are open to ALL who handle lobster.
