HFA 16G Northside (North Lake) fishers:
DFO has advised that any fishers with lost/tangled herring gear in the HFA 16G Northside (North Lake) area that are wishing to personally retrieve their own gear, are asked to contact their local DFO Fisheries Officer. The Souris DFO office is 687-1485. DFO has agreed to permit fishers to retrieve their lost/tangled gear if they contact their local C&P for permission ahead of time.
