HALIBUT UPDATE:Based on a conference call with DFO this morning the weather this week is not suitable for fishing. The PEIFA Groundfish advisory is working very hard with DFO to find a window to allow fishers to get their 4 suitable days to fish halibut. At this point there will be another call on Friday (October 30th) to discuss weather for next week.
