2021 OPENING FOR THE PRINCE EDWARD ISLAND EEL SEASON

July 19, 2021 Charlottetown, PE Fisheries and Oceans Canada

Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO), Gulf Region, wishes to advise industry that the commercial eel fishery in Prince Edward Island will open on Thursday, August 26 at 6:00 a.m. and will remain open until Monday, October 25 at 6:00 p.m.

All other management measures will remain the same for the 2021 season.
