The Atlantic Mackerel Advisory Committee held a call Thursday. It was organized to discuss sharing arrangements, but a large number of  participants on the call insisted the TAC was too small to share. We were updated that there is about 5,000 ton of mackerel caught of the total allotment of 10,000 ton. For the time being continue to fish as per normal. We will be receiving quota updates on Monday, Wednesday and Friday of each week from DFO and will post those updates as we receive them
