It is with great sadness that the PEIFA Board of Directors and staff acknowledge the passing of PEIFA Director and Eastern Kings President Tony Carter.

Tony was a passionate advocate for his local and improving the halibut fishery for all Island harvesters. His even and practical approach to issues will be greatly missed. Our condolences go out to the entire Carter family.
