HALIBUT UPDATE:Based on a conference call with DFO this morning, the halibut fishery will not open on Monday, October 26th due to unsuitable weather conditions. There will be another conference call with DFO on Monday morning to reassess the weather for a possible opening on Tuesday, October 27th, 2015.
